No, not at all. It's actually pretty difficult to insult me, though of course there are certain other ways to ruffle my feathers...
On an unrelated note, hey, look, new LP.
Let's Play "Spiritis" Ep1 - Spirit Hunter Talis
So this last hiatus I was on? Complete waste of time. But that's okay, 'cause I'm coming back with a few improvements to my LPs, and with my first RPG Maker VX let's play!
We start off with our hero, Talis, the spirit hunter, as we go on a mission we were hired upon by a bartender. Our objective? What else? Hunt spirits. The game actually starts out pretty difficult, requiring you pay close attention to your health and abilities. But is it a fair difficulty? Watch and find out!

"What if like...there was an exact copy of you somewhere, except they're the opposite gender, like you guys could literally have a freaky friday moment and nothing would change. Imagine the best friendship that could be found there."

Let's Play "Spiritis" Ep3 - You Must Retrieve the Generic Subplot
This episode's all subby. We've got the subplot, we've got the subquest, and we've even got the sub-dungeon. Not a subpar episode, if I do say so, myself. Now if we just had the subscribers....

So, it turns out that this game actually does have a third party member to give you. And this time, it's someone that cannot be skipped. Now, what relevance does the new guy have to the plot? Probably not much, but the extra help's appreciated nonetheless.

This episode's a bit crappy compared to my others, but that's mainly my own fault, as I try experimenting on my usual recording method. Heck, most of this episode is spent talking about my recording method. Can you tolerate it if I recorded every single episode without editing out any battles? Probably not.
Oh, and we go into the Light Temple to hunt down some general or something.

Re: Let's Play "Spiritis" (RMVX), and more!
My 100th LPisode is coming up for the upcoming US holiday, and you all get to choose which awful game I play for it! Boooooo!
( You can vote in this topic, or you can add your vote to the poll found here: http://www.pavilionboards.com/forum/...ad.php?t=25995 )

So, a couple members here coaxed me into LPing the entirety of the winning game. And since this game is supposed to be for the "celebration" of my 100th LPisode, it's only natural that I post all four videos at once. So if you happen to die of boredom while watching these, just remember, it wasn't my idea to go all the way.
Let's Play "DOOR: THE GAME" - 100th LPisode Craptacular
And the winner is... not me!
As this let's play goes on, it's pretty clear that variety was not the spice used on this game. Yes, I know this is rather boring. How do you think I felt? Besides, you're the ones that voted for it.
Have a happy Flag Day, everyone!
*wonders momentarily if there actually is a "Flag Day"*

You wouldn't want to play my garbage game then! "The Adventures of a Jewish Tree named Mr. Oakenstein....and yes, he's an Accountant." (Really long name I know.) It's quite possibly the worst, most unbalanced, most frustratingly impossible game ever.
We need another junk game contest so I can submit it! (and probably win...)
Nova, I think you would have liked Edward's Quest. The "difficulty" of the game was pretty extreme.
Back in the day I wasted 12 hours of my life finishing it when I was the "Official Reviewer" because I wanted to be impartial. I sat in the starting area for....oh, probably 8 of those hours.
I'm pretty sure its a similar experience to having to play Door, it was not a very fun experience.
Was that game made to be intentionally junky? Or was it just a complete and utter failure on the desginer's part? If it was truly as bad as the door, and it was not a junk game, than I am TRULY scared of the maker of that game, truly, truly scared.
