The weird looking dog one is in the game, for sure. I always wondered about that poster.

I wouldn't be too surprised if the others are legit, but I can check. There's already tons of tiny references to other media in the game. For example: a Carrie poster, a Portishead one, and a reference to Audrey II from Little Shop of Horrors. There are also boxes labeled after the group "Psychic TV."

EDIT: Yes, they are all actually in the game. Congratulations to whomever found these, I never would've noticed them.
