i belive it has games that are fun. i just want to know, from someone who has one, if it's worth the cash.

gray, that's something you can only really figure out for yourself. Since it has so much to do with your own taste in games, and your availble gaming budget.

DJ, I just might get Lost Magic. I was interested in it until the reviews started coming in. But it certainly wouldn't be the first game that got unfairly put down by the pros. The two most recent games I've bought (Monster Hunter and The Movies) both got mostly mediocre reviews and I enjoy them more than most of the near perfect rated stuff.

Hmm... well, gray, the 360 is a splendid console. However, I purchased it now as an investment, since a great deal of the really good titles (specifically, the awesome-looking Japanese exclusives, including RPGs) will be available within the next few months. Then I found out how cool the marketplace was, especially in the case of the cool, small budget games, and how robust and impressive it's online service is.

If you're really, really strapped for cash, I'd probably get one after Wii. By then, it's library should be plenty more appealing to the PS2-esque title fan.

In a nutshell, I believe it is worth it.

Hehe, awesome. I really feel like a dick about my "deep immersive" game comments before, but I hope we can play sometime in the near future. I'll be sure to add ya.

Oh, and download the Lost Planet demo, it's incredible!!!

Oh, of course I am, Mr. Bloomer. I'm just waiting 'till I get the other games I have out of the way, since XI does require a great deal of attention and dedication.

No worries, Kire. I feel it's a hell of a lot better to enjoy stuff together than lamblast others and/or what others like on either side.

Speaking of that, I'm going to wait 'till I get on a faster connection before I download the Lost Planet demo. It'll take way too long here. I can barely even download the marketplace RvB videos.

I think i'll check out the Lost Planet demo too. i have a good connection, so 1 gig only takes about 30-45 minutes.

so, last i checked, neither of you guys had accepted my friend requests yet...I FEEL UNLOVED!

That's what I thought too, until Kire whooped me in Fight Night. Twice. In a row. Then he said he had to go, but really I think he just felt bad for me.

As for XBL arcade games, you have to get Geometry Wars, as it's super awesome. Uno is pretty fun, too.

And anyone who has a 360 but hasn't tried Oblivion should be sentenced to death. The amount of gameplay is staggering.

And hey, can someone download the Brothers in Arms trailer and tell me if that's actual gameplay? They make it look like it is, but I just cant accept that it'd be that good.

I cant bring myself to spend $60 for Fight Night yet.

I almost bought the Table Tennis today, but i'd never play it offline, so i didnt get it.

Now i need to get myself an HD TV, because playing 360 games on a standard TV SUCKS!

I do say that Fight Night looks awfully realistic even on a standard TV. I haven't played on an HDTV yet. I'm assuming it will look breathtaking.

I got 114,000+ in Geometry Wars today. Yay! Now to purchase it.

I play 360 on my standard def, and I don't enjoy it any less. I'm gonna be patient for HDTV sets, because within the next year or two, the prices on them should really drop.

OMG, i just got done playing the demo for Lost Planet, and i had NO interest in the game before Kire suggested playing the demo. Now it is a must have for me.
