At least FFXII International Zodiac had English dialogue. But not knowing what any of the commands anywhere ever do is very frustrating in a game that loves micro-managing everything you do.

There's a patch you can apply via memory card that puts all the English text from the US version of FFXII in.

And I'm not playing for the loli factor (per se). It's not as if I get off on "loli" or "moe" games or anything.


Also, I've heard the GC FFCC (wow, that's a lot of acronyms) is pretty unfairly maligned. The "in order to play multiplayer, everyone needs their own GBA, plus a special cable that you will only use for this game and maybe Pokemon or Zelda Four Swords Adventures" thing is pretty asinine, but I've heard the game itself is pretty solid.

Also, are you still in Germany?

Live A Live is a fun game thus far. I decided to check it out since basically it's a Square title I missed.

That and Lufia 2, BOF3, and Harvest Moon are on my Let's Plays right now.

On the side though, I'm playing Radiant Historia still... and I started WoW again. I'm pretty much on a wall on my enhancement Shaman since the pick-up group level end-gear isn't so good, and so I started leveling my troll Druid finally since the expansion seems exciting and all that.

Even so- Guild Wars 2 can't come out soon enough.

Finishing up Batman: Arkham City, this is the only game I've been willing to play through three times (my save data got wiped near the end from some sort of bug, about to finish this time and will do the new game+).

Mass Effect 3 should be arriving soon.

Multiplayer-wise I've been playing MW3 with my friends but I'm honestly getting sick of it, I want the new maps but my friends won't budge for them, so I'll probably stop playing soon enough, will try to convince them to play either Gears 3 or Reach again. Or find some other cool multiplayer console game.

Playing starcraft 2 again, want to play with pavvies, getting rocked by general public.

Heh. I was playing HN last night, and the recurring "main villainess" called my party a bunch of moe blobs.

I actually like that the game pokes fun at itself on a regular basis for indulging in all of the base stereotypes that you could possibly level at it.
