Let's just say the preview they gave was positive and it will still be a 2D fighting game. The rumored Revenge system is in it, whilst ousting 3rd Srtike's parry system. Etc. Etc. Chun Li's Thunder Theighs.

I think it would work with a graphic system like Tekken, DOA, and VF. It doesn't have to add anything else. The graphic system now is a turn off if you ask me.

You know what I mean. It looks realistic and SF4 doesn't. I was not trying to get technical. Next time I will make sure to draw up a symmetrical pie chart freehand and send it to you.

Um... SF IS NOW MORE REALISTIC! It has been since SFEX. Only the art style has changed. SFIV now looks like some crappy CG anime intro. I wants mah 2D back.

And besides, you guys are dismissing realism, while listing the SF movie game as an example. Do you guys know who MADE THAT GAME? Yeah, it wasn't Capcom.

I actually like the whole photo-realistic look of the game though. If they made better animations and graphics, it could've been a better MK.

... the art style in SFIV is supposed to emulate the hand-drawn work of the 2D games. Look at the shaders they're using in the screenshots.

Hey, remember when you were complaining about "jaggies" in Super Mario Galaxy. Grated there's still some of that to be found, most of it was fixed and it looks much better than the early screen shots indicated.

I agree that the graphics need a heavy coat of polish. They look nice, but they could be much better.

It's not the polish of the graphics, but the actual design of Ken. It's atrocious. Ryu isn't that bad, but Ken's really awful to look at.
