What I really do not like is American cheese on cheeseburgers. I mean, yeah, cheeseburgers are kinda an American creation (not really, but they ARE the quintessential American food worldwide, sad as THAT is), and American cheese is, well, American, but it's still the most disgusting cheese out there, aside from maybe limburger. I mean, come on, Swiss? Pepper Jack? CHEDDAR??? SOMETHING????

I actually try to avoid red meat as much as possible in my diet. I'll usually have a steak or chops or something 4-6 times a year, sausages about the same, eat hamburgers or roast beef/Italian beef occasionally, but mainly I stick with chicken. I eat a LOT more red meat as fast food than I do when I cook something at home. I use chicken or fish almost exclusively when cooking. Made some stuffed peppers with taco meat and the crumbly Mexican cheese the other day, but that's about it for the rest of the year.

As for the topic at hand, I clicked the link, and it gave me a blank page. Damn shame, because I was hoping to hear Puddy.

I was vegetarian for a month. It sucked having to go out of my way to buy special stuff to eat and prepare, so I gave up.

You know, I love eating burgers, I don't understand vegans or vegetarians.

I think that most people think of those nasty processed cheese cheese slices when they hear American Cheese.

I like cheese in general. Cheddar is good for sandwiches, and Creamy Havarti is perfect for crackers.

Cheddar-goes good on just about anything
Mozarella-depends on the brand. Most times it onyl tastes good when baked
Swiss-great with sweet and savory things, but looses its taste when its melted

I dunno, those are the big "main" cheeses in north america. There HUNDREDS of kinds of cheeses out there though, all made by different people. Then you can get into different versions of cheeses where it may have been smoked, or sat in a brine, or rolled in herbs, or aged. It just goes on and on.

Theres more out there than just ****ty ass kraft cheese slices! My dad loves those kraft slices though, and I yell at him every time he eats them on his scrambled eggs or in sandwiches.

Yeah, probably one of my least-favorite foods ever would be a bologna sandwich with those nasty assed Kraft cheese slices (blech!) on Wonder bread with mayo. Awwww....the all-American sandwich that tastes like utter vomit to me.

Give me a Reuben or ham and swiss on rye or a club sandwich or even an artery-clogging Monte Cristo any day of the week.

Only thing worse than the above-mentioned sandwich would be to replace bologna with cotto salami or that s***ty pickle and pimento loaf, or that horrible old-fashioned loaf. I'd ALMOST rather eat head cheese than that other crap.

Yeah, topic diverted, but the link does not allow me to hear Puddy wax poetic on burgers.

I honestly have no idea why the link isn't working for you. Do you have the most up to date Flash Player installed?

American cheese goes well with eggs.

But the best? Sharp Cheddar and Havarti.

I am disappointed that the "Good Morning Burger" was not listed on that site.

Well there's been a lot of nights in yours and my life, and sometimes we got lonely so we just "got by."
And we've both felt love for somebody else and other peoples' tongues ended up in our mouths.
