World Premiere: "P-A-V-I-L-I-O" (1/14/09: #1 in Nerdcore)

Greetings Pavilionites.

While it is not my intention to overshadow Valk's announcement about the kinks he's been trying to fix on this site, I would like to share with you all that I finally got around to making a song about this site. I know news like this would be suited better for the Imaginari forum, but even Valk told me that place hardly gets in the traffic, so I hope he and the rest of the admins will forgive me as I post it here.

This is a second version that I recorded not more than 10 minutes ago, and I strongly believe the quality is better than the first (I sent it out to a few people). There are also lyrics posted just in case you can't comprehend what I'm saying (some parts have me rapping very fast). BZ told me he was a little disappointed that I didn't drop more names, so if time permits me, and the demand is strong, I do plan on doing a remix to this song. I sincerely hope this track pleases you. Good day.

EDIT: Due to many strong suggestions for name-dropping, I have decided that there will be a remix. I already have a beat chosen, and it will be completed next week.

Yeah, I actually really enjoyed it. I wish the vocal track was a little cleaner, though; it's hard to understand without following along with the lyrics.

That was GREAT, B! Very funky and cool background music, slick and witty lyrics, and actually some really good rapping.

I'll agree that the vocal track was a little too distorted--I could only make out about half of the words until I read along with the lyrics. Who cares. It still absolutely kicked ass.

I think you've got a great idea to make a version with lots more name drops. I still predict this first version, however, will be "the classic" that everyone thinks about.

Wonder if anyone else will step up to the plate and make a song exalting the Pav?
