    New Member, with some past RPGM experiance

    Hey everyone!

    I had RPGM1 back in the day when it first came out. But after a lost my memory cards, and moved on to computer RPG making, but then that laptop got destroyed, so I got disheartened and busy with high school/collage.

    Recently found some free time and miss making creative things and playing peoples games (I do have a DexDrive!).

    Was gonna try RPG Maker XP perhaps... but I also just found my RPGM1 memory cards, and seeing how RPGM1 is still very popular here, maybe I'll try it again :P

    Anyway glad to be here! ^^

          Welcome here , I've used RPG Maker 2000 and 2003 in the past but I was tired to make game on it . I like the old School style on it .

              Welcome, Dreamer! Glad to have you here. Enjoy yourself.

              I played around on RPG Maker occasionally about a year after it came out. I was young at the time, and I wasn't good enough at the time to make the game of my dreams... and the game of my dreams, in retrospect, wasn't that good anyway. But it was a cool feeling to try anyway, and I can definitely know what you're saying.

              Could you tell us a little about your computer RPG making? That sounds quite interesting! Do you do the programming and graphics? Have you released anything?

                Haha, I dabbled in a couple different programs. Put alot of work into one project with alot of custom made graphics, but thats the one that died with the computer (and no back up) so it was kinda a failed project, I wasnt that far in its actual production either (was only about an hour playtime).
                Havent done anything since that :P
                But i'll probably start much slower.
                The 'ambitious' project I started earlier on RPGM1 is kinda amusing (and some silly spelling errors). No clue where I was going with the story, and cant find the old notebook I wrote down all my plans.
                I've thought about "reworking" what I have (about 60 hours of work, mostly opening cut scenes and set up of actual game)and making a short game out of it.
                Kinda stumped though. hah.
