How often do you brush your teeth? Really?

I usually do it every day, sometimes miss a day, sometimes twice a day, but...I went a week without brushing after my dentist appointment cuz I had a good checkup. I felt bad about it, but, I always wondered about how much everyone REALLY brushes. Seriously. Don't lie.

Used to brush once every 3-4 days.

Then I got a girlfriend.

Now I brush 1-2 times every day.

I brush twice a day (once after breakfast and once right before I go to sleep). I didn't used to floss at all, but I found these little plastic disposable floss things. I've been flossing more (maybe twice a week since I bought those).

Not nearly often enough. Usually I figure I'll wait until after I eat something but then I usually don't eat anything in the morning, or the afternoon for that matter. And if I eat dinner I figure wait til right before bed but then I forget. I probably need all kinds of dental work but I don't think I've ever actually been to a dentist so who's to know. They're all still in there and not rotten and none of them hurt so I figure I can't be that bad off.

EDIT: I just brushed my teeth after posting that. I felt bad. It's just a few minutes after eating for the first time today (a PBJ sandwich) so it's not that bad.

Sometimes twice a day, sometimes once every two days, I think twice in one day covers the next day if I don't brush.... yeah.
