Twice a day. I think I'm a little OCD when it comes to it, because if I don't brush regularly, I feel a phantom "fuzz" on my teeth, even though they look no different, and cannot focus on anything else until I brush. It's a must before I go to bed, because if I don't, I obssess over it and can't sleep. I also use the floss-on-a-stick (best invention EVER) and whitening mouth wash (it works well, actually, despite what I've heard about similar products).
I try to brush at least once or twice per day....usually once. Though I can never skip more than a day because after that amount of time I just feel to grimy to go without any longer.
In the beginning the universe was created. This made a lot of people very angry and is widely considered as a bad move.
