For what matters to me the most, anyhow.

I can live without fast downloads, but UPLOADS are the most important thing to me. I do a lot of animation and am constantly uploading huge files.

While lots of folks show much higher download speeds, I seem to have a really good upload speed, and that pleases me

Providers like to throttle upload speeds, they think it puts a stop to file sharing.

That's way more important, regardless of your cognitive dissonance and it's "oh gee my upload speeds are the best but my download speed sucks so it's a good thing I like uploading so much more than downloading".

I wasn't going to point out that we are on the same server...

But I really don't mind waiting for pages to load nearly as much as I hate waiting for a huge upload! Purely subjective tatse. Pages like this load almost instantly. I could load it at the same speed at half the rating for download! There is just not much to it.

But I recently had to upload over 7,000 png images (an animation sequence) and that is where my cognitive dissonance becomes cognitive resonance and I enjoy the ability to upload quickly!

At 1920 x 1080 that was over 14 GB to upload!! It was uploaded in just a few hours.

So I win for what I care about most, and you win for what you care about most!
