    Re: RPGM3 Program

Well, IIRC from what I read at this topic, the old program had something like a "battle simulator" and "tips for smoother battle", as well as "analize" and "auto-configure" options, "comparisons", being able to input items, armor, etc. and use of magic and skills. Having so many options was what make me think that it would be extremelly useful and, if posible, IŽd like the new program to be as complete as the old one was.
Obviously, anything that helps creating balanced and interesting battles would help, even more knowing youŽre doing it for free and just to help other people.
I donŽt know how much would be asking too much but, sincerelly, the more things it can do, the best it would be.
No matter how many options that program has, thank you very much for redoing it.

and the install thing has to be done since Im not using vb6 anymore

I do still have all the monster screenshots that you took for my excel sheet a while back...at least...I have them there...shouldnt be too hard to get them.
I wanted to do exactly what you did with your character and enemy editors, but instead of turning a screenshot of said editors into a system with interactive fields, I wanted to do it with this:

You could simply choose a character type and an art style, and those 2 things could be cross-referenced in a grid-type thing, resulting in any of the possible character sprites in the game being displayed on their character sheet. You could just stop right there, print out the blank character sheet (with portrait), and fill it in later, or you could fill out all the info and print it that way.

Thats definitely do-able, and pretty easily too.

I have to work over the weekend so not sure when I can get to it(I work 12-hour days) but it shouldnt take long at all do get this done.

Awesome! I need to finish taking all those character sprites!

Also, I just tried to download the program to my desktop, but it didn't work. Maybe you were editing it when I was trying?

Nope, removed it and renamed it, and waiting for Valks approval

I also need someone to lock this topic so we can move over to the new topic lol
