    These projects are pretty cool. I wish I had the technical know how to do something like that, just for the fun of it.
    What have I learnt?
    Plastic smells when it's being melted and cut;
    Spraypaint makes you high;
    How could he be smart enough to put that together and not know those things?

      And "learnt"? Is that really a way to conjugate "learn"?

        That looks, HEAVY...

        Why wouldn't you just get a GCN screen, an extrnal battey pack, and a controller?

            It's just so awkward the way he used it.

              I agree with Mora. It just doesn't make him seem to edumacated.

                For a moment I thought I was about to read something involving the next Game Boy. Man, am I relieved to find this hulking beast instead.

                  In some thread a while ago there was a link to pictures of Xbox, Dreamcast, and even a Jaguar handheld mod. Kuh-razy!

                    Yeah, he kind of half assed that. Just sticking the whole gamecube to some plastic and a screen?

                      Me and my site tv buddies were planning on ripping apart an old amiga and making it portable with full cd-rom and dos support as an end-of-school project. I'm proficient in repairing and soldering but something like this would take too much time than I think it's worth until I learn a little bit more thorugh experience.

                      One day I do plan on making a portable console on my own as a sort of side project. Maybe I'll try it during my next shore duty when I actually have the time to do it.

                        On the PSX one, there's a slot for a second player?

                        ...Why? The screen's too damn tiny.

                          Good eye. Never would've noticed that.

                            It's probably like the GBA link cable. You hook another console to it, not play off the same screen.
