I'd really like to know why Magus is so anti-Demon's Souls (or was, at least) and so anti-Heavy Rain.

I know this is the Silent Hill topic, but please explain this to me, as it's been something I've been wondering about.

Bought the game, started it and wonder why I bothered getting it for the Wii. The first time enemies pop up, I move the controller to shake them off and the console loses track of my remote and I don't figure out what's wrong until I'm dead.

I had the same problem at first too. Turned out Toaster was right, I was moving the controllers way more than I needed to. When I went to more of flicking my wrists rather than pushing with my arms it stopped losing the remote.

Maybe the diagram shouldn't have been of a person heaving the controllers off to the side.

I honestly don't know if I can play this thing anymore.

Is it the chase sequences? Pretty much has to be as that's all there is besides exploring and a handful of puzzles. It's worth it to play through at least once, unless the ending's already been spoiled for you.

I have to take PICTURES during the chase sequences? And go through the maze again? With controls that never seem to reliably throw off enemies? And enemies that travel in packs and usually pop up one after the other just as I'm about to go through a door?

Yeah. That was ridiculously annoying and there's really no way to keep track of where you're going since you can't really check the map when you're surrounded by monsters. With the repeating rooms maze, head for the doors that are surrounded by more ice than the others. I read than in a walkthrough after the fact.

That is the only time in the game where they have you do it and technically if done just right you don't have to be chased while doing so. Though that is kind of tricky. Besides, the control has a shortcut to switch to the camera and you don't have to be very accurate with it. I personally liked that part because it spiced things up a bit.

                              I don't see how I can't be chased, really.

Not really all that easy to pull off. Only did it on my third playthrough. It is more luck than anything. Besides, it doesn't take all that long to take a picture.
