    PARASITE EVE 3 COMING TO PSP!!!!!!!!

    Square Enix announced at its Private Party in Shinjuku today that both Final Fantasy Agito XIII and The 3rd Birthday will be released on the PSP. The two were previously announced for release only on mobile phones. Square Enix did not provide a date for Final Fantasy Agito XIII, but pegged the not-quite-a-sequel to Parasite Eve II for a 2009 release. The 3rd Birthday is said to follow the adventures of series protagonist Aya Brea but play differently from previous Parasite Eve titles.
    ZOMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



    I bet "play differently" means one of two things:

    1. Card-based battles
    2. Kingdom Hearts clone

    Or both!



    EDIT: Also, FF13 demo will come with Advent Children Complete on Blu-ray.

    I'd like to know what "play differently" means as well. Is it going to be a remake, or an all new game? I loved the first one, so I would be alright with it being a remake. Too bad I don't have a PSP though.

    Hopefully, it's an all new game that comes as an official apology from Square for releasing Parasite Eve 2.

            2 of the 5 games I own are rehashan gaems, one is a multiconsole port (which crashes all the time), one I didn't really enjoy and now I can't find (MGS: PO). however, I really did like Patapon.

                  I bet it'll play like Crisis Core / Kingdom Hearts.

                  I really hope it doesn't, though. Mashing X and the "command" menu really annoy me. But it *could* actually work with a game with guns and parasite energy rather than melee combat.

                  But I'd rather not play a game with the same battle system. I hope this isn't Square's excuse to re-package the engine they made with Crisis Core, which I'm thinking it will be.

                    Who are we kidding of course it will be.

                    Sounds like Crisis Core was a years-in-the-making dry-run for the Kingdom Hearts PSP game.
