I support your love of Ratchet and Clank. Going Commando is in my top five favorite games of all time.

I agree with you. But I'm a little annoyed at how often they push out sequels so that I've avoided every game since Up Your Arsenal because even if the game is solid, it's still pretty much the same song and dance.

        Ratchet & Clank
        Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando
Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal
        Ratchet: Deadlocked
        Secret Agent Clank
        Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters
Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction
Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty
Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack In Time

        That's a lot of sequels!

Agreed. I don't play the series because it's SO BIG and it seems like mostly the same thing again and again.

I recently picked up A Crack In Time after such a long hiatus, and while there was nothing wrong with UYA I'd like to see what's changed since then.

Well, I won't argue that they're running the series into the ground but at least pick up Going Commando Mora :3

as much as I've been meaning to, I haven't played this series at all.
                ...and that's why.

So far A Crack In Time feels pretty good. Everything feels a lot tighter and fully realized, and the levels where you play as Clank are pretty great and I expect them to only get better down the line. Nothing about it really feels amazing, though, just yet. I've only played it for 2 hours so who knows what else is in store.

I have to add that the Cartoon Ratchet & Clank are adorable. I can't find a picture but they are used in the weapon demonstration videos.

That's what I get for posting from a PC. IE wants to throw an extra "http://" in there.
