The first Pokemon movie made me cry as well. Especially when *** SPOILERS ***
The Pokemon clones were all fighting each other.
*** END SPOILERS *** It was definitely tear-jerking at the age of 8.

Theres different kinds of tears. Sadness tears, joyful tears, and man tears.
Gunbuster made me sad and **** YEAH THAT WAS AWSOME all the way through. Usually a sad kick in the nuts at the end of every episode.
Diebuster made me shed man tears in the final episode. NONORIRI!
Miyazaki movies almost got me with sadness tears all the time.
Gurren Lagann had me shedding man tears left right and center towards the end.
One Piece has almost gotten to me on numerous occasions. Enies Loby was chock full of mystie eyed Robin childhood flashbacks, and Sogeking.
I think Eureka 7 had a few sad parts too, But I dont remember.
I don't think any anime has ever made me cry, but thats because I fought it. I don't like to admit it, but that part with all the pokemon fighting and ash "dieing" in the first movie had me choked up.
The episode in FMA where *** SPOILERS ***
that little girl was fused into a chimera with her dog by her psychotic father and she was crying because she was in pain
*** END SPOILERS *** really got to me.
For the most part I just get angry when I see something that would make someone else sad.
