Thin people could be fat inside

    http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070510/...GwVyeGkZ3MWM0F

I knew thin people could fit inside of fat people, but this is quite a turn-around.

    Ha, ya skinny bastards.
The Cyclops having only one eye, needed to seek shelter from the harsh sun. The shadow cast by the spheres gave him temporary respite.

I'd rather have a fatty heart and die than be visibly fat.

According to Bell, people who are fat on the inside are essentially on the threshold of being obese. They eat too many fatty, sugary foods — and exercise too little to work it off — but they are not eating enough to actually be fat.

"Being thin doesn't automatically mean you're not fat," said Dr. Jimmy Bell
            YES IT DOES

THAT'S THE ****ING MEANING OF "THIN"

Dr. Jimmy Bell, you're a RETAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRD

That's important to remember (even if BMI per se is a load of crap)... but the whole "it's what is near your organs" argument does make some degree of sense. This actually does worry me a tad, because while my "whole body" health metrics have been good for years, but during busy times I do tend to eat foods high in fat and sugar because it's hard to eat enough otherwise.

One of the greatest takeaways here could be noticing that with all the debate about what's good and what's bad for you in the last 2 decades, moderately vigorous exercise has NEVER been debunked as a great way to keep your body healthy (as well as good-looking). Or, the takeaway could be that Old Ruben still has a place inside of New Ruben. Whatever floats your boat.

                  So, bottom-line:

No one's healthy. You'll never be healthy. We're all fat monsters.

                  END OF STORY

We may as well just kill ourselves now and be done with it, because we're all going to suffer coronaries.

Its weird, Ive got like a Homer Simpson thing going on when he got all bulked up, but only his arms got muscley.

Ive got big muscles on my arms, shoulders, and legs from riding my bike and lifting things all the time in a restaraunt. But I dont use my midsection for anything, so its all Pillsbury Doughboy there.
