    I will agree with Spirit on one point. I like it better when people post their questions in their own topic, for the same reason: if the topic title is specific enough, I know what it's about. Otherwise, I have to go in and search through it to know what's being discussed and, in the case of a catch-all topic like Lightning suggests, when they're discussed. And I'd have to struggle with the search function.

    That said, Spirit, don't be a douche.

      I'm not using it for general questions, just to instantly help someone who posts with the need of exact scripting for something.

        Couldn't you do that if they made their own specific topics like normal, though?

          I really think it would be easier if each problem got it's own topic. It's easier to see when someone needs help, and people with the same problem later on can find it easier through the search engine

            You could always just create a bunch of scripts for useful stuffs and post them in the Tips and Tricks thread here : http://www.pavilionboards.com/forum/...ead.php?t=6963

            If you describe them well, folks will find them in searches and they will serve their purpose.
