    Theoretically speaking...

    If someone said they were planning to travel about the US all by their lonesome in the name of adventure, what sites and places and such would you classify as a must-see?

    grand canyon. both groups of mountains, the mississippi, niagra falls, and i would suggest every small town you can find between new york and california. small towns are the best.

    there's a pair of giant boots here in san antonio that are pretty spiffy.

      Go all Attell on the US's ass. Go to all the bars and brothels in each state.

      And then go to the grand canyon and the statue of liberty on the way home.

            Why bother with details? Just flip a few coins and have them lead you to your destination. You'll never know what you'll find that isn't on your tourism pamphlet.

                I have fond memories of several wacky adventures in Rocky Mountain National Park. I would suggest going there in the spring or summer. And take me with you!

                    If you happen to go through North Carolina, I would suggest Hanging Rock, or the Smokey Mountains.

                        Yes, Chicago is awesome, but I know not if it qualifies as "awesomesauce."

                            Personally, I've always wanted to visit every NASA base in the country.

                            But for an Adventureous Holiday;

                            Everglades in Florida.

                            Pine Barrens in New Jersey.

                            Mountains in Albany New York.

                            Belgium.

                            OK, it's not in the country, but I always wanted to go visit the Lindeman's Brewery!

                            And I always wanted to stand on that spot where four states meet. It's not adventerous, but so what? Might be fun.

                            MOO!
