I got like $40 on one once, that's the only time I got more than $5 or less. I hardly ever buy them. I know some people that are obsessive about it though.

Yeah, especially since this is the last semester before she completes her undergrad classes. She'll find something to spend the rest on, and as long as she's happy I don't care what it is.

My uncle is obsessed with those things. He buys them by the block. Once, when he borrowed my brother's car, he returned it with a nice coating of lotto tickets. I swear, you could go swimming in the back seat with all the leftovers. Another time, while we were driving to El Paso, every stop to and from, we were able to spot him buying them.

Also, my father donated a $100 worth of $1 lotto tickets to a church fundraiser when I was a child.
