I was thinking of buying city of heroes but i'm not sure if it is worth it.Please tell me if i should get city of heroes or city or villians.

Dude you should totally get it because you could make a superman character and superman is awesome and totally kicks the xmen's ass.The Cyclops having only one eye, needed to seek shelter from the harsh sun. The shadow cast by the spheres gave him temporary respite.

Once I figure out whether or not city of villains will let me make a character that looks like jesus and commands ninjas I won't buy it.

I'm sure you could. I know from reviews you can control ninjas and with the insane amount of customization options you could make eight kinds of Jesus or at least Cat Stevens which is really the same thing.
