I dunno if this will be allowed by Major League Baseball though, because I don't know if owners can give extra benefits to their players just 'cos. I highly doubt the MLB will really care too much; besides, there are no price caps for salaries. Some of these guys make millions each year, and they gave him around 600,000 in stock, eh...

The reason he is so good is that he could easily bat .250 and have 40+ home runs if he wanted to but he chooses to hit the ball into play instead.
