Furthermore, he apparently cares little for RPG Maker, MR and MegaMan, especially considering the fact that he didn't answer my questions relative to the aformentioned after 40 minutes of asking.

You should have asked him what the world looks like under the shadow of penny arcade.The Cyclops having only one eye, needed to seek shelter from the harsh sun. The shadow cast by the spheres gave him temporary respite.
