I think there should be Breeding Licenses. There are about 500 billion people out there who should not have kids. For that matter, they shouldn't live either.

I fail to see how that's an appropriate punishment.

Refusing to eat = going hungry until you decide you'll eat after all.

This is probably the same as when someone shakes a baby to death. They don't mean to kill the child. But children have a way of stressing people out to a point that they can become violent. The kid probably had been giving the man a hard time through the whole day.
