    Completed Demo

Okay, I've got a Demo of my game ready. Now, how do I get it onto the site? I think I saw something about a place called Yousendit, but I don't recall the details.

Okay, I guess I'll try Yousendit. But how exactly do I "host" a game with it?

Okay, I have the Demo in a folder on my account. Now what do I do?

I've also put the Demo on Mediafire, but I still don't know what to do next.

Okay, both MediaFire AND Yousendit are having severe problems. I try to click on the download links for both of them, and get the following problems:

Yousendit: The thing SEEMS to begin downloading, but then just stops, like nothing even happened.

Mediafire: The attempt to Download keeps to constantly have difficulties whenever I try.

Is there any mediasite that WON'T give me these problems?

Well, I've tried to start from scratch and try it allover again. I've heard something about having to edit an "RTP", but I have no idea how to do that, or even where to begin.

                    Re: Completed Demo

The RTP has nothing to do with downloading. the RTP is just the asset package (graphics and audio) for a PC RPG Maker.

When you upload the file, it should give you a link to the download location. You post that.

Yeah, but I recently found out that the program might not even work right even if the Download segment works if I don't somehow copy files from some folders into other folders.

The tutorials I've found so far are utter crap.

There shouldn't be multiple files. When you compress the game it should create just one .exe file. That's what you upload.

Well, it does create the one .exe file. But when a some people I knew tried downloading it, the download didn't work for them.

You're gonna have to be more specific because "it doesn't work" leaves about 9 billion potential causes.

Okay, I THINK the download is working for other people besides me. One friend of mine had problems, but that was because he didn't have Windows.
