It's no small feat to make a sideview battle system from scratch. There's a ton of scripting and testing you'd need to do, and you'd need to modify a ton of graphical effects and other clockworks that come with the game.

Guess i best stick with the default battle system then.

I just wish there were some easy way so that you could see your characters (as opposed to just portraits) in battle!! I think it makes the experience much more visceral.
I can't wait to get it soon how hard is it to make a simple game?
Making a simple game is quite easy. All the mapmaking, item modification, etc., is a snap. You'll need to do some scripting to make events, but it is relatively intuitive and elegant. It's also quicker than any Console Makers. I got the hang of most areas in just a couple days, and once you're at that point you could make a short, simple, playable game in just a couple days.
It's the really cool stuff, the bells and whistles that you add to the game, the stuff you want to customize and make like no other game before, that is going to take a lot more effort.

Oh and one more thing how hard is it to make your own spells with your own images? Thanks in advance.

It comes with a ton of good spell animations/effects. If you to add in your own picture, that's easy. If you want to add in your own animation, that's not technically difficult but takes good artistic sense and a lot of time.
As far as the spell itself, you get to adjust a ton of different stats on it (easy), have it cause status effects (easy), or run simple event scripts (kind of easy). If you want to do something really custom (for example, I made a spell that restores energy to the caster for each enemy killed), that is more difficult, because you need to find the appropriate default battle scripts and modify them.

Well as long as everything will be mostly easy then i hope everyone in the pavillion will be surprised by my game. I will be doing some original stuff like summons i will make myself and though my art is bad it's the originality that counts right?

Well, it's both
The nice thing is, you can make the game with whatever art you want (including art you'd find online), and if the game is something you're really proud of, you can go back afterwards and improve the art and replace anything you've copied from online.
Can't wait to hear about your progress once you start working!

It'll be tomorrow or friday before i get it. I'll have to tinker with for a few hours but i'm really good with rpg maker 1 and 3. I kinda grasped on to the whole scripting idea in 2 so it shouldn't take me to long to figure it out. Like you said i will always be improving it.
