    Maybe a username change?

Not that it's much of a change, really. And I don't even know if it'd be possible...

But as the j in Sejon isn't pronounced as a hard j, but more like the s in vision, I thought I could have the spelling of the name be more phonetically accurate. So would I be able to have it changed to Seĵon? The ĵ letter represents that sound, but I don't know if you can get away with using non-standard letters.

If not, then it's no biggie. Was just curious.

But if it is doable, then I'd officially request my username change from Sejon Sol to just Seĵon.

    Thanks!

The PS3's browser just shows an underscore.

Just like I couldn't PM Obright in the past because the PS3's browser replaces the omega sign with a "?".

Then the PS3 needs a Unicode update.

Are you going to have to use that character when logging in?

I have a keyboard format that has it, so it's easy enough for me.

Yay, now us ignorant Americans can look at that character and not know what it is, then pronounce it like we've been pronouncing it the whole time.

For the record I always pronounced your name as "SAY-zhin", with the "zh" making roughly the same sound as the "j" in "Fallujia".

Yea, probably, but at least I can say I tried. I think people will continue having multiple variations of how it's pronounced, much like "Valkysas", which I suppose is part of its charm. Or something.

I'd always get "seen". Even so, I met a kid named Shon and I'd much rather put up with mispronunciation than stupid spelling.

Yea, I'm happy to be a Sean and not a Shawn or Shaun, for instance. It's an Irish name and I think it should stick to its Irish roots, as phonetically nonsensical as they may be.
