I wonder if you couldn't just chop up the body in a bathtub and put it in garbage bags, and throw it in the dumpster.

Especially if it were someone you couldn't eat, like a disease riddled hobo or somesuch. Someone no one would miss.

While that may be true, instead of having an entire body to bury or dispose of, you'll simply have a 15-20 pound pile of crap and some hair and clothing to bury or dispose of approxamately 3-6 months after consumption.

Luckily I just so happen to have a conveniently placed jungle growing in my backyard for just such an occasion!

Out here though I could probably just drag some dude out into a field and nobody would find him for months on end. Corn fields especially. Hell theres also a very high chance coyotes, cougars, and bears OH MY would come along and eat up all his meaty bits.
