P.S I'm using RPG Maker 3, But we're trying to haveit where where we talk to some ane start a fight scene and after it is over or after a conversation is over they disappear.

You'll need to be more specific. What maker are you using? The general answer would be to set the NPC to vanish when a certain switch is on, then turn said switch on after the event. But we'd need to know which game you're using before we can give a complete answer.
