Dude, is it true you can play in the whole city with 15 other people and just do whatever you want?

You can basically customize it and just do whatever you want. You still have the basic overlining conditions, but you can still mess around.

I got the PS3 version, but the Online seems to not recognize the PSN half the time when I'm logged on. I can receive messages, go to the store, etc. and it says "You have to be logged in" on GTA4. WTH.

Does anybody have this problem on the 360 version?
