Another 360 repair horror story

She sent her 360 in to be repaired, microsoft won't send it back because they think it's stolen, despite her proving otherwise.

Yet one more reason why I refuse to get a 360.

I got a brand new system from Microsoft when I sent my 360 in for repairs.

They're not all bad.

Though it can't be a good thing to think how my system was so badly damaged they considered it beyond repair.

I got my 360 back from Microsoft the other day. Only took 2 weeks from the day I sent it in to the day I got it back. I'm fine with the service.

Nintendo is the only console manufacturer with decent/great customer service. for the most part, they dont care if you have a receipt or a box. they don't care if your system is actually under warranty or not. they'll likely fix it anyways.

Sega was great too. just until three or so years ago they were still servicing the genesis.
