What makes this different than any other NERF gun? It breaks down into different parts so you can combine them in whichever awsome way you want!





The thing on top isnt a scope, but a little red laser pointer with flashlight, and dot mode. I dont have any AAA batteries to see how well it works though.



It also uses NERF dart clips. Hahaha.


The HUGE barrel extension is only for looks though, and actually DECREASES its range. The darts slow down sliding through it. It looks kickass though! Im gonna mod it to shoot farther, and apparently other people have gotten it to shoot up to 50ft. You can also buy/make bigger clips for it you can pack around like 18 darts instead of the 6 it comes with.

Plus it only cost $25. YES IM A GEEK SO WHAT.

I love the whistling footballs. It sucks that the whistling darts I have dont work in this gun though. The soft rubber tips get jammed in the loading mechanism. They work fine in my Maverick though.

Ive built potato guns before. They are indeed AWSOME. But you cant exactly shoot one at things when you live in an apartment. I used to have one that could put HUGE dents in 1/4" thick particle board at 100ft. There would be no potato left no matter how hard you looked.

Of course you can fire potato guns inside apartments, but you're going to be posing a risk of damaging that apartment or the furnishings within it.

Pellet guns are less risky and still fun. My mother's boyfriend has one and he loves to ping people in the ass with it...


I find it very amusing that people have modified NERF guns to shoot 50 feet though. I bet those can still leave welts on people at least.

I'm sorry, but the Longshot CS-6 is WAY better.



It can be configured the same as yours except that it has a ****ing stand, AND I can switch it into a shotgun OR an assault rifle. One of the kids I babysit got this thing for his birthday the darts can fire well over 50 feet in sniper mode and that is just ****ing awesome.

Ive thought about getting a Longshot. But those things are like $40-50. I might eventually get one, but I like the way I can make the Recon a giant space marine bolter.



Plus you can mod a Longshot to get 100ft range out of it, and if you repaint it you can make it look like all kinds of sci-fi guns. This guy made a GOW Lancer out of his.

we had a topic on this once before, i think when crunk got his maverick. there is a lot of insane **** you can do to a nurf gun to make it better. i think its pretty cool that people are engineering their guns into such nice foam blasters.

last nurf gun i had was pretty cool, wasnt modified or anything but shot a dart some feet away. i think my favorite was the one that fires yellow balls, got some good distance on that baby.
