Someone needs to fix COH4 problem

Ugh...I have heard of this happening, but I didn't think it would be so drastic. I was level 29, and suddenly when I turned on the game today, I found I was dropped down to 11.

In most games, this wouldn't matter much, but in COH4, you loose weapons you can choose from and abilities. Which really sucks, since I was getting so used to my Claymores and my red scopes. And yet I kept my Clan tag, which is something you shouldn't be able to get until 12.

Meh...all the WWII shooters seem the same to me, too. I'll grant you, CoD4 is no longer set in WWII, and even though I KNEW he meant CoD, I also thought of City of Heroes, but was not aware there were claymores in that game.
