    Ebay Alert

Attention RPG Maker fans! The VERY FIRST RPG Maker title for the Super Famicom has appeared on ebay!

    http://cgi.ebay.com/SFC-SNES-RPG-Tsu...QQcmdZViewItem

If anyone is interested in owning this, remember that there is no regional lockout on the snes. two pieces of plastic have to be removed from the cartridge bay, but that's it. a knife and pliers is all you'd need. That's what I did to play imports on my system. full instructions can be found here: http://homepage3.nifty.com/translato...sfconsnes.html

Just thought I'd give everyone a chance at owning a piece of RPG Maker history.

I bet it's less restrictive than RPGM 3 too.

        sounds fun.

i guess the only limitation would be that youd have to let someone borrow the actual catridge to play your game if its more than an hour long.

The menu design and gameplay are practically IDENTICAL to Dragon Quest.

I remember playing samurai showdown when I was like 10, and when my bro bought it at eb, he had to buy some adaptor thingy that the cartridge plugged into. It allowed the game to be played on the snes without removing anything from the inner system.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

sweet. I bet he'll be doing a feature on it for the mag.

I'm really glad someone from our community got it.

Plus, the fact that he got it fro relatively cheap is amazing, too.
