It's legal so long as you don't try to profit from it.
Edit: Or, it was the last time I checked, which was a long time ago.
Edit ni: Of course, the Pavilion doesn't support even legal PC RPG Makers, so you won't be uploading any games to it made with XP.

We do not host PC RPG Maker games, and only console RPG Maker games can be uploaded to the pavilion. any other file types are not allowed.Question number 2: Is it legal? I mean if I put some songs from, say, iTunes and upload them to the Pav...?
