    Trying to remember old shows

Or trying to at least. There are two old kids' shows that I watched when I was a kid, and I can't remember what they're called for the life of me.

One of them took place mostly in an apartment store (I think it was a tall building pentagonal in shape). Two of the characters on the show were puppets. One was a grey mouse named Muffie, I think. The other was a puppet old guy. The only episode I remember is one where the old guy seemed to be going deaf, but it turned out he had cotton in his ears. That's all I remember about that show.

The other show involved characters dressed up in animal outfits. Though it was mostly makeup, I think. The host of the show was a black guy acting as a leapard I think; it was a rare occasion when he was with the rest of the cast. Other cast members I remember were a bear, a cat, and a dog. The bear I remember in one episode pretended to be a superhero. The cat was pink. The dog was an entertainer named Bravo. One episode I remember in particular (besides the superhero episode) was when a deaf animal visited the area. They didn't realize the animal was deaf until the cat was playing a song on a guitar, and the deaf animal put her hand on the guitar to feel the vibrations of the song. One thing I especially remember about the show, at least where I live, was that it was cancelled and replaced by a show called Lambchop's Playalong. Which I hated.

If somebody knows what these shows are, please tell me?

I think I remember both of those shows. If the first one is the one I'm thinking of there were two real life actors, a guy and a girl, and the girl was a manequin who came to life at night. It ran right before the elephant show were everyone loved each other. I don't remember the name but if you find one of those sites that keeps track of old Nickelodeon shows or old 80's shows I'm sure it'll be on there. I could try and find such a site but I don't feel so inclined.

      Yes! Thank you!

Come to think of it, maybe I just didn't pay attention to the names of the shows when I was a kid. I would've remembered names like THOSE. Those names don't sound familiar at all.

And they wonder why people these days are furries. And mannequins.

I remember the first one, not the latter.

I'll settle for wierd. I kinda understand why they'd do it, but they're kinda asking for it if they do it in public, IMO.

And I stayed far far away from Zoobilee Zoo... even as a kid, that was just too much.

I remember that show. And the episode where everyone was stuck in an elevator playing an irritating "OH NOES STUCK" alarm while they all sang 99 Bottles.

Or the time where some sleazy dude wanted to buy the store and made Sam (the deaf security guard) do chin-ups to win a bet BUT HE PUT A PILE OF ROCKS IN SAM'S PANTS OH NOES.

Man, that was such a great show.

                      So, uh, yeah.

I could've sworn there was an episode where he got to leave (during the day?) and go party at some auditorium or something. I forget how they made it work... I haven't seen that show since I was like 5 or 6...

What was that game show for kids where they played Nintendo games and the winning team ran around a maze collecting games they would stick to the velcro on their clothes?

The closest thing to that would be Nick Arcade. But they played Genesis games, too.

Remember the episode with the Salute Your Shorts cast? Zizi sucked at Sonic.

No no no, not Nick Arcade. I KNOW Arcade, I loved that show. That and Legends of the Hidden Temple. This was different.
