I got back from Evan Almighty a few hours ago, but I took a nap before waking up again.

This movie....stay far away from it. Aside from a few laughs, it blows.

Bruce Almighty was a funny movie. Given that Evan Almighty is geared as more of a family film, it might not really appeal to me, considering how much I enjoyed Bruce. And Jim Carrey's not in it.

I don't know--I might check it out because of Steve Carell.

Because we have these hopes and expectations, and by the time the movie is over, we become crushed and ask ourselves why we wasted 2 or so hours of our life.
