Movie I Could Not See Twice

    Super Size Me

My Health coach devoted a week of classes for us to see a movie about the dangers of eating fast food. It was my sophomore year, and I had heard from my brother that the movie was very good, so I was curious as to what exactly would be addressed in the movie. After watching only half the movie, I felt really depressed and really guilty (mostly because I'm a big guy). What really got to me most is the scene where the guy is eating his dinner of McDonald's, and then suddenly, he throws up; I can just remember walking out of the classroom (and this was day one) speechless and sad, thinking "I can't let that happen to me." I'm sad to say that it only affected me temporarily, but I really can't bother seeing that movie again.

If any of you have a movie you can't stomach twice (such as The Passion), list it here and explain why.

    Armageddon. It was bad.
    ID4. It was bad.

I own Irreversible, but I've not watched it more than once as of yet. It's a bit disturbing. I'll eventually watch it again.

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas

The movie gave me a headache. Them stumbling around acting irrational and not knowing where they are. The whole movie was like a bad trip, even though I know thats the direction they were going in. It was filled with moments I would rather forget, not that I could relate to every experience they had in that movie... I'm not cool or anything like that.

The Game. It's a good movie, but once it's over, not really worth doing again.

I agree...the ending is just so stupid....I've not seen it again.

Also, let me add Alien 3 and Alien: Resurrection to the list. After the first two, neither of those are worth watching more than once.

You mean, the ending where everything turned out to be a prank?

                    Yeah, that ending.

Where he jumps off the building and there JUST HAPPENS to be a huge inflatable air mattress on the same side of the building he jumps off of. Why didn't he see that going into the building? What if he had jumped off a different side of the building? It's just stupid.

Super Size Me? I remember seeing that.

Wow, eating McDonalds for 30 days non-stop....I never knew how much damage it can really do to the body. I wouldn't see it again for a while, but I thought it was a great documentary. Opened my eyes.

not only that, but eating at McDonald's for 3 MEALS A DAY...I mean you should only be eating 3 meals if you're eating healthy foods in the first place, and that's why most people don't eat 3 meals.

I think he had Super Sized Big Macs for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, and it did major, major damage. To the point where he nearly died, I think. It even affected his sex life.

It was all an experiment to prove a point, but I'm sure he's not going to do that again. And hopefully no one will follow in his example.

Didn't his idea expounding on the 30 days experiment that they turned into a tv show fail pretty hard?

What's worse was that I was forced to see that movie twice.

I hated the editing to make people look stupid. Like the scene in front of the white house where they where trying to say the pledge of allegience together and got all giddy and messed up. Then they ask them the McDonalds song (or whatever it was) One person knows it and sings the song. Somhow they where trying to say that more people know the Mcdonalds song than the Pledge of allegience... What?

It was just a horrible movie over-all.
