Wow, Karr and I just got back from an 8pm showing on a Thursday, and I must say....

This movie rocked my socks. Waay better than the last one. It was witty, had awesome visuals, both computer generated AND Orlando Bloom.

I don't think Keith Richards had ANY make up on!

Oh, and the air conditioning was broken (during a 30+ degree day) so.....

we got to see it for free biatches!!!!

Early reviews are saying that it's way too long, has way too much exposition, and none of the fun set pieces of Dead Man's Chest.

Oh well, "reviews" right?

I'll just wait for Grump Factory to tell me if I like it or not.

Why bother with set pieces when you have a brilliant cast? Honestly, I'm not talking about all the big wigs (ha ha, a pun)- the crew of the Black Pearl had more lines, and it felt like the original thing. Dead Man's Chest was brilliant, I still can't decide which is better, but why waste time critiquing? I just enjoyed it.




So yeah, I've completely forgotten about that web slinging movie I saw a while ago.
