On Sunday, I will make a major announcement regarding RPG Maker on a next-gen console. Yes, I recently shot down all hopes of it happening anytime soon, but it seems that action was premature.
We know what console it is for.
We know the game sharing method.
We know that the game creation method should be a little familiar if you've used RPG Maker 2.
I can't say anything more than that at this time. At some point on Sunday, the site will be closed to non-staff while we prep for the announcement. When the site re-opens, you will have all the info that I have at this time. The downtime should not last more than 30 minutes.

We'll be working with the RPG Maker Magazine on this announcement. As proven with RPG Maker 3's advance coverage, they have the ability to take screenshots and video, we don't. we'll handle the information, they'll handle the visual aspects.
