Re: VCR's Paused Permanently?
Eventually all videos, games, etc will be digitally distributed only. With videos it'll probably only be a few years. All the necessary equipment and services are widely available they just have to wait for more people to get onboard. Games will take longer because the industry is much more dependent on the retail market and only has major advances with a generation change. At least one more generation of disc based systems.I want that Mulan McNugget sauce, Morty!

Re: VCR's Paused Permanently?
I have some very fond memories of the old VCR days. My mom wouldn't let me watch the Simpsons when it first debuted, so I set the VCR to tape it and I'd just watch it later on. I was the only one that knew how to program the VCR, so nobody noticed.
But I don't really see the need for them anymore. I got rid of most of my VHS tapes last year.Eat Smello.

Re: VCR's Paused Permanently?
Wow they're just now stopping VHS support... I thought they did that a long time ago, at least they should of, I mean it's not like a dvd player isn't affordable and if you really wanted a VHS player you could find one.Everything is a Riemann sum of a lot of nothing.
