Re: MAX Drives
I have the max drive program for my ps2, I dl the .max onto my empty LG USB 1 Gb flash drive, connect it to the ps2, the max drive software recognizes it, however, no .max saves come up under my flash drive.
I've tried it with my flash drive stick and mp3 player. Neither work.
Any suggestions?

I kinda found out-
Yay, now I have to find a datel USB stick or get another bundle all together.Q: The MAX Drive software does not work with my own USB pen drive, which is not manufactured by Datel. Why is this?
A: We do not support third party pen drives, and recommend that you only use MAX Drive with your PS2. Our MAX Drive software has only been fully tested with the Datel MAX drive, which is the only USB pen drive that is 100% compatible with PlayStation 2. If you try using an untested USB pen drive made by another manufacturer it will most likely not work at all, and there is a strong possibility that your game saves and other PS2 data will become corrupted. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of your data.
