was cold the other day here in toronto. me and my girl went to see some kind of winter festival thingy but bailed after 30 min in the cold - we even dressed warm but it was way too much for us. i think it was minus 30 something.
i dont like the cold, i should of been born someplace warm.Comment

Well it's like 45 Highs here in GA, with lows at or below freezing. Not especially cold, but it is about Winter time for here. Winter usually starts around the beginning of February and lasts till March, and still normally alternates with Spring. Of course it'll be back up to mid 50s this week.
Of course no snow though, just one bit of freezing rain.Comment

When I was driving home from college, I almost got rear-ended by some SUV doing 70+ when traffic was at a 30 mph crawl due to the snow. I had to swerve to the right to keep from getting killed, and almost slid into a ditch.
When picking up dinner, some dumb cop sped out of a parking lot and forgot to turn his lights on, and almost ran into me. Wish I got the bastard's plates...

Yeah, the farther south you go the worser the drivers become when the roads become slick. In Michigan it is still bad, but I've heard horror stories about driving in South Carolina and Florida when just a dusting covers the roads.Last edited by Funk; 02-05-2007, 11:34 PM.Lil' Bean is here!Comment
