    Black Friday Loots

Who is participating this year? I just got back from the one and only shopping venture I will participate in today, heavily laden (not so much) with two Sony brand Dual Shock PS3 controllers for the price of one (roughly).

Radio Shack is win today, so far as I'm concerned. Now I can stop *****ing about the price of PS3 controllers. =D

What else are people running around frantically trying to get their hands on?

    So far...

    Walmart
-Grand Theft Auto 4 for $10
    -The Dark Knight for $10
-Two towels for $2 each >_>
    -26 pack of tupperware for $10 >_____>

    Amazon
    -Dead Space Extraction for $20
    -Resident Evil 5 for $20
-The World Ends with You for $10

I'll have to see what Amazon is doing for the rest of the day until Monday. I might get some more loot.

$2 movies at Walmart seemed like great gift potentials, but then I realized I'm not celebrating Christmas with anyone this year. Walmart was pretty crazy, though, and it seemed everyone was buying two HDtvs. 32" whatever for $250. My girlfriend decided she wanted one last minute, but they ran out. If there are any Cyber Monday HDtv deals like that (32" $250-$300), don't be afraid to tell me

Dunno, but I got to witness the most irate woman ever at Radio Shack. She was so ****ing angry that there was only one Xbox on site, as if they could really control what they're sent, and spent 20 minutes on a diatribe to this hapless employee who you could tell had the patience of a saint, cause I'd have just told the ***** to **** off. She eventually left in a rage and got into an argument with the woman who did get the Xbox when she was trying to leave.

If people are gonna rush to stores on black friday, they need to expect things to be gone or in limited quantities.

It's like going to a theme park on a holiday or weekend only to complain the lines are too long.

            What do these people expect?

I went with my two sisters to an outlet mall about a half-hour away. We had to park a few miles away and take a shuttle (school bus). On the way back, the people had made a line to get on, and the *****es were shoving us like 2 year olds trying to get on.

Oh, and my dad got a one-person kayak from Gander Mountain for 150 bucks.

Ironically, the best deals I saw were from last week as stores were trying to clear shelf space for their discounted stock. I picked up a 1tb harddrive for $108 at Radio Shack.

$108. Good lord. I had to ask for it (they had it on the shelf the week before for $130 and marked it down AGAIN) but it was my best discounted purchase this year.

Edit: Amazon has slashed the price of their harddrives as well. 1tb for about the same price.

They ran out of GTA IV this morning at my local Wal-Mart, so I told myself I didn't want to stand in their retarded long lines anyways.

I did pick up a few DVDs at Target though.

Just got back from selling stuff for 12 hours (3:30 AM to 3:30 PM...finally got a lunch at about 11:15). While you guys were out spending money, I was making it. To the tune of (rough guesstimate, hourly plus commission) about $600.

                      Damn...just pulled out a calculator...that's like $50 an hour.

Ehhh, the bottle of Jack Daniels I bought WASN'T on sale. The bigger bottles were, but they cost more.

I just bought a ton of DVD's from Best Buy, a few presents from various other places, and some fleece that Adrian helped pick out for making blankets. Didn't really start shopping until 11 or so, but there were still some good deals.
