I am trying to have a Bandit disappear and re-appear in another location on the same map. I know I have to make another character copy of my Bandit. I have the 2nd Bandit's character display OFF while the 1st Bandit's display is ON. I am trying to get the 2nd Bandit to appear after the event with the 1st Bandit. Meaning the 1st Bandit disappears(display off), and the 2nd Bandit appears in another location on the map. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Character Reappearing
For bandit #1 at the end of mode one change to mode 2. Make mode 2 with display off and have the command as modify mode of bandit 2 to mode 2.
On bandit #2 have first mode as display off and second mode as whatever bandit #2 is supposed to do.Last edited by DarkwingChuck; 09-26-2005, 03:17 PM.I want that Mulan McNugget sauce, Morty!

Re: Character Reappearing
You can use the event move command under Control.Originally posted by CenobiteI know I have to make another character copy of my Bandit.
The only problem with that is that the event will return to it's starting point if the party exits the map and returns.
If that is not a problem for your game, you can do it all in one mode and script.
I hope that helps.
Peace.

Re: Character Reappearing
Ya this is a problem for me too. Its stupid that you can't make events move. I need to make a character appear on a different map.... I guess I have to make another character with the same name and graphics like the first guy said. What a waste of a character! My RPGM project: Fantasia Saga
