    Re: About Invisible Events

Nah I'm just messing with you, note the

I do like the transition idea you have, I didnt even think of that.

I think the pink squares only activate if the square-model your character is confined in overlaps into a yellow square, if you know what Im talking about, I dont know what to call it

I dont understand why RPGM3 never had a strategy guide made for it expalining all that stuff and having all the premade information and maps/dungeons/items/etc... in it.

Thanks~! Originally I thought you needed 2 Invisible Events to block a 1-tile corridor, so I was programming two events each time and it took a while. Then I noticed "Event Transitions," tried it out, and said "OH Snap!"

Yeah, I know what you're saying--if the character's square "frame" hits the Event's Field of Effect. Again, I really don't know for sure here. But your theory sounds very plausible.

That does open up new questions about how big each model's frame is, of course.

Meh... I feel like if they did make a Guide, it would suck. Ideally, they should have given info like this in the manual, or at the very least, in Official Documentation on the web. Still... that's what the RPGM Workshop Forum is for, right?

I said quite simply that I had indeed read the whole topic, and pointed out that I was aware of JPS' post. What exactly made you think I was heated, lil?

I guess it was just the context. You referred to JPS as bud so I automatically thought you were angry. Sorry about that.

Hey, no problem. I actually meant to use "bud" in a very friendly way. Sorry for the misunderstanding there. I really wish I could add my voice to some of these posts!
