I can always look for resources on the Internet.

I already bought the registered version of Game Maker and I don't even know how to use it. Yeah, I'm an idiot.

Don't worry, Game Maker is actually very good once you know how to do it. One site I like to go to is www.gamemakergames.com. Go there for help if you need it.

GameMaker is frustrating and the drag-and-drop era is so out. Clickteam all the way!

I think it's clear what I meant, but as long as you feel smart, it's cool.
I just remember seeing Bigfoots Mutanic Fallout and liked the sets he made. It would be cool to see a game like that on RPGM2. Modern or futuristic or cyberpunk, whatever

Does anyone remember the game [Can't Remember Name]

I remember someone talking about it on GameFAQs about 4 years ago. I didn't make it.

The game was about these people who each had this special type of armor that could not be removed and could be used to do special abilities.

The title of the game had the word Soul in it.

I keep thinking Cursed Soul but I don't think that's it.

The game was being made on RPGM1 and sounded really cool, but after about a year it dissappeared and I never heard anything of it again.

              Any help?

I actually never started a game. The most I've ever really done with any RPG Maker software was making a few buildings and a playable piano (on RPGM2, of course). I usually discard my ideas before really doing anything about them.
