Make sure that the game was Loaded, then Saved before you start playing it. Otherwise you won't be able to save. So just loading up and playing won't quite cut it. Got to save it once, even if you didn't change anything.

If you don't know how a memory card works...I am not sure how well you will do at making a game.

N00b Wars Episode VI: Return of the Question

Is it possible in RPGM3 to combine items? For example, if you have spice, and pie, can you combine them in your inventory to make Spiced Pie?
RELATED: If not, can you base events on wether a character has an item in his/her inventory? Like a Potion maker or something.

You can do it. Just make three items. Two of them being the ingredients you need to combine, and the third being the combined item.

Then have an event that when you have both, it gives you back the combined item.

Seriously, who cares if they do?

If anyone were to steal my work and call it their own I'd just laugh and take it as the compliment that it is.

Not only that... they can go in, make themselves rich and buy everything at level 1 (or even start at level 99!). But again, who cares if they do?

Go with RPGM2 if you need passwords. It is the best of the console game makers (even if I release my stuff without using the password option).

The best way to find out what you can do with either system is to abandon this thread and get one, play with it, and make something.

If you worry that people will "steal" your "valuable" work, don't share it. Just make it for yourself.

There's also a pretty good chance that if somebody tried to copy your game or steal credit, people here will know better than to believe them.
