Nope, for people that ask too many stupid questions about RPGM. Some of the anwsers to the damn questions asked can be found in a damn manual. People READ!!! Plus, who wouldn't want to make a bigger world map or have a large amount of customization. And I want to make the enemies bleed again like I did in RPGM2.

My teacher thinks that sometime in the future that they will make computers that release a smell for you. Think if that was in RPG Maker series if they did create that. I hope that they have lots of smells will come up in someones post soon before it comes out. LOL
Actually, that would probably be bad. What if someone has an allergy to, say, almonds. If you use an almond smell, oh, I can imagine the headlines.

I think it really should be on PS3, BECAUSE then we could add custom music, pictures, and even mini video clips, being that the PS3 is basically like a computer saving all your photos and music and stuff on it.

how is it possible to boil an egg in ice cold water?

In reality, RPGM 2 was hard mostly cuz of all the organization skills you had to have, or so it is for me. If you don't keep track of what your doin and what you've done, that could blow off the whole game!

Yeah thats ok. I forgot about this. It could be made out of something that no one is allergic to. It doesn't have to realease the almond stuff at all. But yeah that might work that way and people could die. I think I will bring this up to my teacher tomorrow and see if I can get him to talk about it instead of class.

                    Re: RPG Maker 4??

How can one compromise the ease of RPGmaker 3 and the customization of 2?

I think the customization for rpgmaker2 isn't for most rpgmakers. That in mind.

Here is an attempted wish list compiled of many peoples thoughts that I believe would achieve the dream of rpgmaker4

A Video recording system, to allow cut scenes.

This is how I view the recording system. You go to the recording system and input the place you want to record and the time/places you want them to appear in the recording. Then you start performing your characters action, whether its walking/nodding head/looking angry. Then you save the recording and you go to the next character. While the character's animation that you've already done will be performing it's animation at the same rate you did while your doing the next character. You still use text message like rpgmaker storyteller, and whenever a text message is used you can choose to have the animation resume or freeze and if you choose to freeze the animation begins again as soon as the player ends to the text message (unless there is a text message timed immediately after) Finally after all this is done you get to choose at what angles this will be recorded at for your "Final draft" then you can preview your draft just like storyteller.

Character creation system, have a skeletal frame for all the main races.
The creation system would work out like this. You pick male or female. You pick body type. Skinny/normal/strong/ Then you pick fat/cut/normal for wieght. Then you pick age child/teen/adult/old/hunched. Then u pick
15 different types of /pants/shirt/boots/hair/face/facial hair. Of course the faces would need to be different for each race, the clothes wouldn’t really need to be. 10 main races? I understand if making all the monster characters playable and viewable on the map may be asking for too much so I’m going with 10 custimizable races.
With the rest of the characters that are in the rpgmaker 3 can still be used but only with like 5 different schemes as it is now for rpgmaker3.

                    events for moving NPCs

                    Larger music selection 3-4x current

Gimme a vehicle just one for water one for land

Give each building 3-4 different color schemes and allow signs/pictures/graffiti to be added to them.

                    Elemental system(wind/fire/water/earth/non/shadow/light)(as well as weaknesses)

Larger character limit, perhaps two hundred.

Allow for twenty people in a town instead of ten.

                    More map editor choices
Bridges, rivers, volcanoes, icebergs, cracked earth/Grand Canyons,

8 different monster choices per area instead of 4
                    Summons

A sub creation system on animation:example
Have a template of like 15 attack animations for each weapon type. And allow for a skill/magic attack to use more than one attack animation for a single attack. For instance in rpgmaker three there is an attack animation for a slash, if you could make a skill that slashed then lunged it would allow for simple customization without much memory add.

Why can't monsters join your party? Ok...say don't make them an active member...ok have them disappear if it's the only party member...but I think monsters should be able to join your party. They could be used even if they didn't have a character animation and only showed up in battle.

The main races I would want to see implimented and if anyone reads this post please put down your 10 favorite races you would like to see in the customization table.

                    Human (of course!)
                    Elves
                    Drawves
                    Lizardmen/dragonmen(whichever)
Dark elves (aren't really on rpgmaker3)
                    Treants (make them taller)
                    Wolfman
                    Orcs (gimme orcs)
                    Undead
                    Hobbits/halflings

These "Main races" would be the ones in the character editor along with the mythical beast/chick the only difference is they wouldn't be customizeable. Maybe they could be put as monsters?

If I had to cut this list down to 6 I'd choose
Humans, Elves, Drawves, Lizardmen, Dark elves, Orcs

                      10 races? Maybe,
                      Humans (of course)
Lizardmen or dragon-kin. Maybe lizardmen with an optional wing add-on, either on the back or replacing their arms with bat wings.
                      Elves
                      Dwarves
                      Werewolves
                      Cat people
                      Bird men
Some sort of mascot-looking creatures, like those Pixie things from RPGM2.

...That's all I can think of. Actually, I could care less about elves and dwarves, but I figure I'd add them in there since they're a traditional part of RPGs, it seems.

Yeah most of those are necissary to some of my games.

I think that they should have a robot type race also. Kinda like the robots in Chrono trigger. But with alot of robot models. Robot Spiders would be awsome. And hopefully it would allow us to use all models for characters and enemies.

Water boils when the vapor pressure equals the external pressure.

Thus cold water boils in a near-vaccuum. Put an egg in it and you're done!

                          Ummm...

That might be off topic if I don't suggest that RPGM4 contain mini-physics lessons like that for people who just have to know such things!

                          Peace.

Actually, I was gonna suggest putting a boiling pot inside a walk-in freezer, and boiling an egg in it. Thus, boiling an egg in ice. Kinda like that whole sticking out your tongue and touching your forehead deal. But your way works too.

Back on topic, how about a stretch option for events. That way, instead of having to place a bunch of events in a row, for if we wanted to have an exit in a wide space or have an event start when a certain area was reached, we could just place one event there and stretch it across the space.
